Facing Issue While Logging in Adobe Advertising Cloud

Hello,

 

I have been facing issue while login to the Adobe Ad Cloud Platform. I am able to access the Adobe Analytics but not able to login to the Adobe Ad Cloud. I have not been able to login the Adobe Ad Cloud since 11th September. Earlier I was facing the below screenshot.

 

 

 

But now it says my password has been disabled.

 

 

 

 

It would really mean a lot if you can help me in fixing this issue asap.

Are you sure that you tried to shut it OFF and ON again?

I believe that you will need to talk to your company's product admin for this one. They should be able to reset your password and make sure you have the correct accesses.
