How do we push assets to AEMaaCS from approved workfront assets? does this include javascript, java? I am an enginner.

Upon approval asset in workfront, how do we copy that approved asset into AEM, with all the correct meta data and schema?

On our AEM Assets portal, https://experience.adobe.com/?repoId=author-apple-canada.adobeaemcloud.com#/@apple/assets/workspace/, how do we modify or remove input fields for these DAM Asset Properties. For example, we want to remove Author, and want to add a new checkbox that says "Paid".

We are a customer of AEM Assets, but odly we have 3 environments created that looks exactly like AEM Sites... dev, stage prod.Anyways, how do we enable smart tags to our AEM Assets folders, we want to use Adobe Sensei Smart Tags, but not able to configure or enable it. How would we do this?
