AEM Aseets, how do we connect Workfront with AEM Assets | Community

@supportmember There are a couple different ways you can push approved asset metadata from Workfront to AEM Assets.

1. I recommend the native Workfront to AEM Assets connector. It is pretty easy to setup since it is native and shouldn't require any IT support. To setup the WF to AEM Assets connector do the following:

  • Navigate to Settings >> Documents >> Experience Manager Assets in Workfront
  • Click the "+ Add Experience Manager Integration" button
  • On the pop up window, you'll be able to name your integration, connect it to the appropriate repository and map metadata fields from Workfront to AEM Assets.
  • This will allow all Workfront users that also have access to AEM Assets to send approved assets from Workfront to AEM Assets with the mapped metadata.

2. If you have Fusion, you may be able to create a scenario to automate approved assets being pushed to AEM Assets from Workfront. I personally have not done this option, but I could see it as a possibility.
