  • You can apply a custom attribution in Workspace.   Linear or Participation is going to likely be what you are looking for:             If your Marketing Channels are set to 30 Days, you should see no difference on the total, but all the rows of Marketing Channels will likely increase to show the...

  • Yes, I second the Report Builder option if you need to use the value of the dimension as a number and not text... you will also likely have to use Excel formulas to convert the text to number.. I don't believe that you will be able to multiply it directly from the report builder data, as I believe i...

  • Yes, anything that makes ownership management easier is plus...The default behaviour of creating any metric or segment is for yourself to be the owner... which for me as an admin is exactly what I need... if there was a way to make the owner a "group" it would have to be done in such a way that it d...

  • Ok, can you help us understand exactly what you are trying to pull? Are you trying to get the page views of "Contact Us" that came directly from the "Home Page"?   As in, maybe there were 100 PVs of "Contact Us", but 30 came directly from the Home Page, so you want to see "30"??     Example:   Visit...

  • Seeing as how Time Spent is all calculated (based on the time stamp of the hit and the next timestamp received, etc... ) I am not sure if the segment is causing issues by actively removing the time stamp on the next page that is needed to calculate the time spent...   I am suspicious that by using t...

  • I think you can do this.. with some difficulty... I did a sample:     (Note, I used "Last 90 Full Days" as that was available, you would need to make a custom range for "Last 365 Days")   Essentially, since the "Last 30 Days" overrides the panel date, I have added two containers... one looking for ...

  • Hi, That segment is returning all Visits that hit the home page, then any time in the visit hit your contact us page... not necessarily direct from home page to contact us.     The first think you should do is use the "Next or Previous Item" panel:         This will build a report showing you all ...

  • I agree... IE is too old to both with testing it any longer... our company hasn't tested IE for years... even before it was fully deprecated...   We have a policy to not test anything under 5% of our traffic... and IE was below that long before it was officially killed.   Any deprecated browser (unl...
