In the first screenshot it looks like the selected folder is a Contribution folder. This is by design, and we cannot share the contribution folder from BP. The sole purpose of using the same is reverse replication i.e. publishing assets to the AEM from BP.

This setting gets applied to the complete account, so there won't be any problems with the delivery of existing assets. As mentioned earlier, dynamic Media servers currently don't serve up images that are larger than 25 million pixels(5000x5000). You can create an image preset[0] and adjust height and width as per requirement for large images and use that to deliver. Hi Srikanth,Each DM account has a configuration setting called "Reply Image Size Limit." It specifies the maximum reply image width and height that can be returned to the client. The server returns the "illegal image size" message if a request would cause a reply image whose width or height is larger than this setting.To adjust the MaxPix, log in to DM cloud(Scene7 Publishing System), and choose Setup > Application Setup > Publish Setup > Image Server > Reply Image Size Limit. This could be a bug as pointed earlier and as suggested kindly update the instance to the latest service pack and check if it helps. If the issue persists even after the upgrade, I recommend opening. a support ticket with a complete set of error logs for further investigation.

There were some issues related to bulk processing of assets, sometimes metadata from scene7 was not updated for the assets, etc. You can also check the Publish Asset settings selected in the dm cloud config, if its set to upon activation that means assets would be replicated to dm cloud but won't be activated until to manually publish them. Try changing the setting to Immediately to make them publish at the time of uploading.

Hi,Kindly confirm the exact AEM version you are working with, configuring AEM Assets with Brand Portal via Adobe I/O is supported on AEM 6.4.8.0 and above and AEM 6.5.4 and above. Hi,There could be many reasons why an asset gets stuck in PublishIncomplete. I suggest opening a support ticket with us along with complete error logs and if possible adding debugger logs[0] capturing specific calls to the dm cloud for further investigation. There are two ways you can get the cache cleared for the assets with AEM DM Hybrid setup: 1. In AEM you can change the Default Manifest setting for the image server.
