I was having the same exact problem - it happened with the latest Java 7 update. The only workaround I found was to uninstall Java 7 and re-install Java 6 using these guidelines: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/mac_uninstall_java.xml

DEFINITELY! Targets are useless for us if we aren't able to upload. (Not about to manually input  5,000 data points that we want to track against)

Another simple enhacement that would be great is the ability to sort rules within the rule builder.

When creating a short link to a report in sitecatalyst, did you that users can't change the date range? Neither did we.. because that sounds so ridiculous but is how it was designed. Let us change the date range - as we rely on these short URLs as shortcuts to report. Users getting access denied err...
