How do I make a schema display in Journey Orchestration for an Event?

I don't see my schema showing up in the Journey Orchestration menu when I create an event. How come? Do I need a special field in my XDM schema to make it display?

Hi Russ,

There are 3 things you need to check: 

1. Make sure the event schema includes the "Orchestration eventID" mixin 
2. Make sure the event schema is enabled for Profile               
3. Give it a moment and refresh. Once (1) and (2) are confirmed, you should start seeing your schema in the drop-down list for Event configuration pretty quickly (within seconds), but you may need to refresh first.
