Journey Orchestration

I have a client that ended up not going with Adobe CDP because but could only be hosted in Azure (at least that is what they told me).  Does the same apply for Journey Orchestration? Thanks!

Hi Adobe, Out of box actions like EMAIL,PUSH,SMS are not visible in Journey Orchestration's action section. Earlier it was visible to me.

What's the difference between a STOPPED journey and a FINISHED journey? Is there no way to publish a journey and then "unpublish" it so you can tweak it?
