Source of Success metrics in Experiment

Whenever we create an experiment in email communication we get an option to select Success Metric, which I have observed are specific to organisation.

Can anyone please tell me the source of these success metrics ? And where can I add or remove success metrics ?

The success metric relies on the Reporting and data configuration settings (under Configurations -> Reporting). Provided that the prerequisites outlined in the documentation are met, you will be able to select a success metric based on your event schema and dataset.
