Assuming I want to create offer regarding the Credit Card. However based on the user credit scoring details of the offer might differ. Is it possible in the offer to personalize offer copy based on the profile attributes which tell us about credit card interest rate for the specific user?

@Michael_Soprano Yes. When the credit score is included in the profile, you can customize the offer to display the credit card interest rate by creating a decision rule. There are a few consideration, Interest rate information may come from various systems and relies on the data available in AEP to decide when to initiate the communication.

Check if you can break down the interest, credit card tier, and extra details into distinct schemas vs profile attributes.
