Rules in offer management can be applied in two ways: at the decision level, where they act as global inclusion or exclusion criteria, or at the offer level, where they are specific to that particular offer. The best practice lies in strategically defining and applying rules based on your overall campaign objectives.
I recommend verifying the number of requests that may hit the ODE server per second when the system is scaled. Additionally, it’s important to cross-check with the guardrails outlined here: AJO Guardrails.
