Last seen & bestseller products , which to use - Target or AJO ?

Hi, 

 

I would like to know which product is more suitable ( Target or AJO ) to recommend products for users:

- best sellers, 

- last seen, 

- personalized products?

 

Is there any comparison between Offer Decisioning and Target Recommendations?
