Hello,

I created a landing page in AJO with a few form fields I want to store in a dataset. Is it possible to do so? And if so, how can I accomplish this?

Thanks!

@PabloVi3 Currently, storing form field information directly back to a profile is not supported in Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Example:

Create a landing page to unsubscribe users from a list. The landing page must have not just the opt-in buttons, but I also want to add a dropdown with the level of satisfaction (1 to 5) and a text form for comments.

Once the customer submits the form, I want to store these values in a dataset created for this purpose.

Thank you for your response!

What would be the best approach for something like this?

@PabloVi3 Adobe is planning to release the feature for updating profiles via landing pages in Q1 2025. In the meantime, as an alternative solution, you can use external tools to create a landing page and send the captured profile information to AEP through batch or streaming ingestion for profile updates.

Hi @Anuhya-Y

Could you please share likelihood of having this functionality available in Q1 2025, as I am not preferring to use any external tool to create the landing pages.

Thanks,

Poorva

@PB25 please reach out to the Adobe Support team. They should be able to provide the information you're looking for.
