Hi, when using Audiences for In-App messaging in AJO, are only Edge audiences supported, or can other audience types be used as well?

Hello @Silvio6 ,
The In-App message will work only for Edge audience as those contain edge attributes.
Any audience with Batch or streaming doesn't have edge attributes so it doesn't work.
Try to update a profile with edge attribute and try testing it.

we've been trying with Batch and Streaming audiences and didn't work, but when we tried with Edge, it worked.

Now I realized that In-App message won't wok on batch audiences due to audiences won't get evaluated in real time. Ideally, for streaming audiences, data should be captured almost near real time, and it should work if someone keeps the app open for a few minutes.

Thanks. I've created an In App campaign with an Edge Audience but still not working. Anything else I must know when adding Edge Audiences to In App campaign? Thanks.

So, here an example of my profile. Any of those attributes will work in an audience because are not Edge? (look at the hoob checkbox)
I don't have any attribute for "Edge"
Should I add Edge attributes and then create the AEP audience with that Edge attribute?
Thanks.
