expression fragments and landing pages in the offer

Created a content template that includes expression fragments and landing pages. When I use the content template in an email within a journey, the expression fragments and landing pages work as expected.

However, when I copied the HTML code of the same content template and added it to an offer (with placement as Email HTML) and included the offer in an email, the expression fragments and landing pages do not display dynamic values after email delivery.

Are there any possible ways to use expression fragments and landing pages in offers?
