Event journey -> additional event condition during journey (?)

Avatar

Level 10

I have got such a journey which starts with Event A.

In later stage (after few days) I would like to check if on the profile occurred Event B using Condition (?).

Looking at Condition Node I am not sure if that's possible.....

@Michael_Soprano  create a unitary event for event B and utilize in the journey.

@Michael_Soprano If you don't use the Event B unitary event during that journey, you won't be able to access the event context data in the condition activity to see if a profile happened or not.

@Michael_Soprano

It's possible with a streaming audience if you are only checking if the Event B happened without using the event B contextual data.

Showing an example of abandon when after getting the event A I'm waiting for 30 min and check if the profile did a purchase

If you need the contextual data of the event B, then you'll need to use an unitary event.

Thanks,

What condition are you checking for? Is it an exit condition? If yes, try looking into the exit criteria option in your journey to the exit criteria event.

If you are trying to send out additional communication flow based on the event's occurrence, try using the event directly in the middle of a flow in your journey.
