We have created a journey activity in our development environment and created a package with journey and audience. We see below error whilst importing the package in our pre-prod environment. Can anyone help?

hi @ButhpurKiran ,

Apologies for delay in response.

No, that should not be a dependency unless you dont plan to have the unitary step in your higher environment.

Also, just a suggestion, if you still face the issue, try creating packages for audience and journey separately and try and export the same, this will give you a clarity of whether it's the audience or the journey that is causing the error.

And if none of these works as Manayak suggested please raise a support ticket and Adobe support team could help.

Warm Regards,

Reena John

@ButhpurKiran based on the error, i get that you don't have the channel setting which is available in the development. Please check the same in preprod and try to import after that.

hi @ButhpurKiran ,

Please ensure that all the attributes and events used in your audience/segment is same as the one in development along with the attributes used in the journeys, any deviation can cause the package creation from dev to pre prod to fail.

Thanks Reena, Have verified and Schema and XDM Objects are same as of lower env. I am using Unitary step in my journey, would there be any dependency on it? Thanks in advance!
