Emails not sent

Hi all, 

 

We are dealing with a behavior in AJO that reflects that I have received an email but I actually haven't. Is there anywhere we can see the resons, because on the table events is not reflected.

Could you do a profile lookup and see if there is any error reason showing up in the "message.feedback" event ?
