Hi, could enabling the Create New Profiles option explain some of the delays in email sending? I’m currently experiencing delays when sending transactional emails with this setting turned on.

@Silvio6 It shouldn't be. This issue occurs after profile creation when it's sending the messages. The delivery delay status likely relates to deliverability considerations. Please refer to this thread for a similar issue.

@Silvio6 Yes. The option to create new profiles may create some delays. Behind the scenes, it does the following,
Create a new profile in the Profile Service.
Write to the profile store before proceeding with the send.
Additionally, it is influenced by the number of requests being sent and how many of those are for new profiles. Be sure to check the entitlements and SLA that are associated with the AJO package.

@Mayank_Gandhi @SatheeskannaK Thanks for response. I mean the "delay" status from delivery logs feedback_status column. Can that "delay" status be connected with the "Create New Profiles" activation?
