Current Scenario -1 single company - comprising of separate Groups by
accounts(departments..). There can be common resources working on both
the Accounts (part of both the groups) we will called them as "Shared
Resources", this feature works fine by having User be part of the 2

It would be nice if there was some training available that is specific
to group admins. Right now the option is to take the System Admin
training but not all option apply to them. Their ability to access
different items is different than where a system admin goes to access.

In order expand the use of Workfront to unrelated groups within an
organization, it would be very helpful to have job roles separated by
group and company within the organization. Then only the users who are
assign to a group and company would have visibility to use those job
The ability to assign fields to groups (like statuses) AND lock a field
if it is tied to an integration. Could be done via a check box that
requires an extra step to unlock and edit so the user is fully aware
that they will be revising a field and will need to adjust Fusion or
other API's as well.

It would be great if we were able to allow Project Statuses to be set to
open on specific statuses by Groups and not just one option for all
projects as set under the main set-up Preferences. For example - some
groups projects need to always open as Planning while others need to
open as Active.
