I agree with these suggested improvements and have a few more to add to
this list: Ability to customize the name of each scenario. Ability to
associate a Scenario Plan to a Company or Group and only able to
allocate resource roles assigned to that company or group. Ability to
compare planned resources against actual project hours/FTEs.
In order expand the use of Workfront to unrelated groups within an
organization, it would be very helpful to have job roles separated by
group and company within the organization. Then only the users who are

Assigning job roles to groups or companies reduces the clutter when
adding jobs roles to projects and using them in Scenario Planner. As we

When creating a layout templates, allow the Backlog page to be hidden in

I'm thinking of active projects that are impacted when resources are
pulled to work on another project. By being able set non-working days
specific to project you could see the impact to that project's timeline
without adjusting each task. Ideally it would also show 0 hours
allocated on non-work dates for resourcing.
Can you block out calendar dates for a specific project in which you
know no work will be performed, freeing up team members time allocations
for the period of time? I tried using a custom calendar but didn't see
anything there that would facilitated this need.
