please enable the same functionality introduced with 22.3 to customize the project header to programs & portfolios.This will help us remove wrong data from being a visual focus for users. (wrong b/c our workflow is different)

Our digital marketing team has expressed interest in being able to add Programs/Campaigns to Workfront calendars. Even being able to see the overall duration of the Program/Campaign on a calendar would be really helpful for leadership who aren't always involved with project/task level timelines.

We use programs as a container with projects as a sub-container for types of work/documentation. It would be nice to be able to copy projects to another program or copy a program all together with the ability to remove issues/tasks/documents.
