After using our LCCS account for more than a year, I just received a strange bill via email today from account-noreply@acrobat.com
It is a bill for traffic for the payment Period: Mar 23, 2010 to Apr 23, 2010 - which is more than a year old!
There was no customer support email or contact details in the email. I realize this is not a tech question, but who (or how) do I follow up with to protest this charge?
