Small issue with the radio buttons

The form I designed is all complete but the only issue I'm having is there is a radio button list that's giving me trouble.  The radio button list controls the presence of a section based on yes or no.  After the selection is made it works fine but when the document is saved and reopened again both the yes and no radio buttons are selected.  How can I fix this?  Please help, thanks.

Hi Catherine,

If you select the radio button exclusion group and go to the Object > Binding palette, you will see that specify values is ticked AND both the Yes and No radio buttons have the same value. Just give them separate values and they will work as expected.

It's not letting me click on the exclusion group drop down.

Sorry, I don't understand - the exclusion group "drop down".

When you click on the radio button exclusion group, this is what the Object > Binding palette should look like:

Oh my bad I saw exclusion group in your response and thought that's what I needed to change, its under the field tab for object.  But I got it to work now...thanks so much for your help.
