I would like the header and footer of the email be 'SENSITIVE INFORMATION//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY' which is also the header and footer of the form being sent so maybe there is a way to include/script that field into the body of the email?

I'm trying to submit an email with a PDF attachment but needs to have a static header and footer in the the body of the email before sending it. How would this be done and is it possible to do this? I'm new at this and not sure how to even start this. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What is the best way to do the presence event when working with totals. I created a table for funding and based on the total the document needs certain signatures. For example if the total is more than $10,000 signatures VP and Approving Officer need to appear. If the total is less than or equal to $10,000 than the Approving Officer signature only appears. Any help on this would be much appreciated...thanks so much!

I created a dynamic table with add/delete row buttons and the second column with text fields. The text field I want it to initially say and and when the user clicks on the add row button it would then say . I tried the patterns display but not sure how to get it to do auto numbering. I also tried the formcalc script $ = Concat (""). This seemed to work with the auto numbering but then I couldn't actually edit the boxes. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated...thank you.

I have two quick questions...when say one row is deleted I can't get the recalculate to work what is the correct way to do this? Also, from one drop down that is in a cell with years 2006...2008...2010...etc. is there a way for the rest of the column to chronicolgically follow. So if the user choses year 2010 I would like the rest of the column go down 2011, 2012, 2013 and so on...help on this is greatly appreciated...thanks so much.

I created a form that when you click on a checkbox in the table row a list box appears, the list box allows multiple selections and so on. How do you get the list box selection to populate in the text box in each table row?? Any help on this is much appreciated...thank you!

I have a set of three radio buttons list Text A, Text B, Text C and in the table row I have the default set at Text A. I also have a button for the table to add rows. I can get the text to change in the first row to say Text A to Text C etc. but when I add a row that text doesn't change. Is there a way to add rows and have the text align with what was chosen from the radio buttons?? Hope this makes sense and any help on this is much appreciated. Thank you.

Is there a way to set a standard size to a text. I have a couple of text boxes on a form set up to fit to height and width with the amount of text but when you click on the text and not type anything and click outside the text box the box disappears. Is there a way to have the text box stay the same size if and when it is clicked on and then clicked out of without typing anything?? Any help on this is much appreciated...thanks!

Ok I got the script to work so is there a way to possibly lock in the color of the text that is already there and then when new text is typed - that can be a different color?

the script looks something like this...if(topmostSubform.Page1.Section1.FirstTime.rawValue == "yes") { this rawValue = "1. Text Goes Here... \n" +"Text Goes Here...Text Goes Here...Text Goes Here... \n" +"Text Goes Here...Text Goes Here...Text Goes Here...";So when the user opens the form...that text is displayed in the text of the form. I was wondering how I could maybe get one or two of the words to be bold.

I received a PDF form that I didn't create and the way that it is setup is that each text box has a script under it I believe its the FirstTime value script so when the form is opened the text box displays the wording. My question is...is there a way or script where I can have one word underline?? When I try it with just using the button it underlines the whole thing. Any help on this a greatly appreciated.

I'm looking for a way to change color of the font when a certain person reviews the document. After the document has been signed then the reviewer goes in to make the changes. Is there a way for when the reviewer types in the changes the text color is different??

I tried everything and looked everywhere and can't find the best solution to this problem. I just need a way for the user to attach documents to a PDF form in Adobe Reader. I have access to LiveCycle and Acrobat so is there way once the extended features are enabled for a user to add attachments to the form in Reader. I have LiveCycle ES 8.2.1. I guess the only possible way is when the user emails the form they can add the attachments then but I just want to see if it can be done by attaching to...

I'm trying to setup an object (button) with two different presence script. Right now I have a button with the presence set to visible (screen only) under the object --> field tab. Then I have at the docReady event i put this.presence = "hidden" not sure if this is the right way. Is there a better way to do this? It seems to work find on the form but when the form is saved and reopened the button disappears. I guess I should also mention that the appearance of the button is controled by drop down...

It's sorta working It looks like it goes +10 instead of 1. So it would say FY01 and then FY11 when the next row is added.
