Problem with Hierarchy palette...

Avatar

Is there any way to increase the visibility of highlighted items in the hierarchy palette? I can't ever tell what I have selected because the highlight is so dim. I've tried adjusting my monitor, but that did no good. Any ideas? Thanks!

Ok, so you need to tweak the 3D Objects colour in the same place. This also changes the colour of some window backgrounds - you'll see on the preview picture.

It uses the "Selected Items" colour in Windows.

So depending on Windows version you need to get to the Window Color and Appearance settings. In Windows 7, right click on the desktop and click Personalize, then at the bottom go to Window Color - from there select Selected Items on the dropdown and change the colour.

Didn't work. It selects fine if I'm actually clicking within the list, but if I select an item on the page, I can't see it highlighted in the list.
