we deployed Livecycle ES2 in oracle weblogic 11g ,Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition ,SQL Server 2008 , and it has run normally in the past more than 12 months . now the sso doesn't work , the authentication window appears when customers try to open secured pdf documents , some IT maintainer told me that they just adjusted some parameters of domain controllers (there are more than 1 domain controller), I don't kown much about this side . They just want me to make something for the Kerberos configurations in LiveCycle to let it run .
I did nothing to the LiveCycle , and now I'm really like an idiot to deal with this trouble . so any help is welcome and appericated !
