Ok so last night I posted about getting this 401 authentication error whenever I tried to download the SDK. I fixed my problem by creating a new developer account. That let me download the sdk. Now this morning when I'm ready to try some sample code from the SDK I can't seem to stay authenticated in the developer tool at https://afcs.acrobat.com/ or https://cocomo.acrobat.com/. Any time I try to do something like download the sdk again, or add a room it tells me I'm not authenticated. If I refresh the page it asks me to login again.
I've tried this with flash player 10 in safari, firefox, and ie. Then I downgraded to flash player 9 and tried again in IE. Has anyone else gone through this? Is there just something simple that I'm missing here?
Thank you,
Eric

- back to login page when refreshing developer portal: I know it's not the best user experience, but that is normal
- 401 error when downloading SDK or creating a room: if you still get that, can you get a trace of the HTTP requests and send it privately to me ? (if you use Firefox you can download the HTTPLiveHeaders plugin, or there are other tools available)
If you are getting errors with your AFCS applications also send us the trace from the the Flex debug window (and possibly also the trace of the full HTTP requests).
Sorry for the inconvenience, but send us as much info as you can and we'll make sure we get you up and running again.

Wow thanks for the fast response I really appreciate it. I used
HTTPLiveHeaders to capture me going to https://afcs.acrobat.com. Then I
logged in as steimle1@gmail.com. After I was logged in I clicked on the
download sdk link. I've attached the header results in a file. I don't
really have an afcs applications yet I just started this yesterday (although
I've been doing a lot of flex development).
I was able to download the sdk once when I create a new account and once out
of the many times I tried to login today.
Thanks!

Hi Tim,
For me, even when I hit this error, I can still use the Dev Console AIR application included in the SDK. Does this work for you?
We're working on a fix to the dev portal shortly. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I've been having this same issue all weekend (since I created my account). Do I need to send an HTTP trace to get this figured out? I'd even be fine using the AIR dev console, but I can't get to the SDK download because of the 401 error. Thanks for any help anyone could offer.

Try creating a new account from scratch at afcs.acrobat.com. Then as soon
as you log in click the download button and don't touch anything else until
you have it. It worked for me...
