LCCS and Flex 4.5

Hello,

I'm about to start a new project, that will make use of LCCS, and I'm deciding which SDK should I use between Flex 4.1 and Flex 4.5. Provided I pick the LCCS for Flash Player 10.1 library (the lastest stable), is there any know problem or incompatibilty if I use the newer Flex 4.5, or is it better to use the older but more stable Flex 4.1?

Thank you very much for you help!

Hi Oliver,

I have been using 4.5 with the 10.1 SDK, and I havent faced any issues. Both 4.1 & 4.5 work great with LCCS

Thanks

Note that the LCCS library is currently based on MX components. If you're

looking for a Spark version of the LCCS library, I'm busy working on one,

and we should have it available in a matter of weeks.

Thanks

Thank you very much for your help!

I will use Flex 4.5 then. I prefer  to work with this lastest release.

That's excellent news!

I don't have any problem to use MX components, since this application will only be used from desktop.

But I will check when the spark components will be available!

Thank you!
