Hoe kan ik een formulier wat ik gemaakt heb voor online gebruik als .pdf versturen ipv een xml

Heb ik heb met LiveCycle Designer een formulier ontworpen. Dit forumulier wordt in Webapplicatie aangeboden om in te vullen aan de bezoekers van de website.

Als ik echter gebruik maak van de "Verstuur per e-mail) button, krijg ik een .xml bestand toegestuurd ipv het ingevulde formulier als een (voor iedereen direct leesbaar). pdf-bestand.

Wie weet mij te vertellen van de dit kan en zo ja hoe?

Hello Johan,

Om het document als pdf voor te leggen, moet u de knoop creëren. Eerst, zet een regelmatige knoop op uw vorm. Dan uitgezocht leg voor als controletype. Wanneer uitgezocht u als controletype voorlegt zult u een nieuw lusje met het etiket " zien verschijnen; Submit". Ga naar Submit tabel. In Submit aan Url- sectie typt u: mailto: en dan zou het e-mailadres u van de vorm houden wordt verzonden die naar. In de daling onderaan doos naast Submit zoals: kies PDF.

To submit the document as a pdf, you must create the button. First, put a regular button on your form. Then select Submit as the control type. When you select Submit as the control type you will see a new tab appear with the label "Submit". Go to the Submit tab. In the Submit to URL section you type: mailto: and then the email address you would like the form sent to. In the drop down box next to Submit As: choose PDF.

If you use a regular button instead of a "Submit by Email" button, you have greater control over the submission process.

Drag a regular button onto the form and go to the Object > Field tab, select Submit:

Then go to the Submit tab and you can select the format that you want the returning data in: PDF, XML, etc.

Als u een regelmatige knoop in plaats van een " gebruikt; Leg door Email" voor; de knoop, u heeft grotere controle over het voorleggingsproces. Sleep een regelmatige knoop op de vorm en ga naar het Voorwerp > Het uitgezochte lusje van het gebied, legt voor:

Dan ga naar het Submit lusje en u kunt het formaat selecteren dat u de het terugkeren gegevens in wilt: PDF, XML, enz.

I am sorry to bother you again but for whatever reason.... it does not seem to work. I think I did all the steps right (see images below), however if I click the "Verstuur per email" (send) button, nothing happenes (and I do no see an email in my inbox).

Not sure why this does not work given as said I followed all the steps!

Hoi Johan,

Ik heb het document bekeken en je hebt in principe alles goed gedaan, bij mij werkt hij ook. Het probleem zit echter niet in je designer, maar in je acrobat pro. Je moet het bestand dan ook maar eens openen in acrobat pro en ga dan in de werkbalk naar edit, klik daar preferences aan en ga dan naar "general". Klik hier "reset all warnings". Probeer nu het document maar te versturen, als het goed is krijg je dan een schermpje te zien met de vraag hoe je het document wil versturen. Selecteer dan "desktop email application. Nu zou het moeten werken, vink dan gelijk "don't show again" aan.
Succes ermee.
