edit template using Adobe life cycle designer

I am in need of urgent help. I have my form template in SAP by design  and I want to edit it using Adobe life cycle designer and I am unable to  do that. Please help me. I am very new to this. How can I edit the form template.

Please specify exactly what issue you are facing. Form template can be edited by simply opening it in LiveCycle Designer and doing the requried edits. Would be great if you could provide details on the following queries:

1) Was the form created in Designer?

2) Are you not able to open the form in Designer now?

3) Which version of Designer are you using?

No it was not created in designer. It was created using SAP bydesign.

I want to use adobe lcd for editing it. I have the .xml and .xsd files which I am unable to open in designer.
