We have an interactive pdf that a user will fill out and send back to us. We will then take that pdf and flatten it to include with another document. When 'flattening' this pdf, it removes all data the user typed in. I keep reading to use the transferPDF Output Service but when I do this, I get a blank pdf. Am I missing something? Is there an example of how this process should be set up? Any help would be appreciated.
