I have a form created in LiveCycle Designer ES4. How do I get it to be viewed on mobile devices? I'm not very technical so I don't know how to create a server, etc which is what I think I have read? Any help would be appreciated!

Since day or two, when I click preview PDF Adobe LiveCycle stops working. It shuts down with the message as shown here below. As far as I know I have not changed/ installed/ updated anything....Anyone with a solution/ Idea....? It would help enormously. 

I have been trying to use a form to collect data from a work group where 1 user complete a portion then it has to be routed to the next user, who in turn sends by email to the next and so on . is there another way to do this besides relying on the users to send by email?
