Adobe search - sucks ?

In the livecycle forum there are two searches.

1) The little box

2) The grand box

Both search from the entire Adobe universe.

No way to limit the search in any way (but text) ?

Please correct me if I have a misunderstanding.

Hints for efficient search (google ) are appreciated.

It used to be like that. but now, I see the search functionality improved a lot in forum.

In the grand box, beneath you see more options, 

in the first box below that (Restrict to a Forum, Project or Group: ) - restrict the group you like to.. start typing adobe livecycle.. it will suggest you the groups.
