Adobe Livecycle Submit Problems

Avatar

Level 2

I am using Adobe Livecycle ES.  Putting a button on a page to submit the form.   However although it appears to save the settings it sends the form to a  different address and in a different format.  I can even start a blank form set  it to email address NEW and submit as XML and when submitting it sends to email  address OLD and as a PDF.

Where is it picking these settings up from ?  ? ?

I'll try. Can you reopen the thread by any chanced? With it marked as

"answered" I do not have all the functionality available to me. I can only

add to the thread via email. I'll attach the files and see if that works.

You can start a new thread/post, given that the original post has been answered and the issue which you are facing is different than the original post.

Hmmmm, I don't see an option to create a new thread. Am I missing

something?

In the toolbar/menu bar at top, there is an option New | Your Stuff | History | Browse.

Use New > Discussion (LC Designer in LC ES and ES2)

Can you verify the following?

1.       Has the Acrobat installation been customized?

2.       If yes, have collaboration features been disabled?

3.       If yes to above, then you will have to enable shared review features in Acrobat, for form distribution and submission to work correctly. Refer the following link in this scenario:
