Is there some good kickstart material?

In the Workbench Help, I can see that there is a first application. This looks like a good way to understand the overall process of using livecycle. however, is there more details on how to get a simple process working for a watched folder?

You can try the quickstarts but i think those are currently for somebody that is pretty familiar with Workbench already.
