Email button does not work for people using Netscape Mail

I created a form, and emailed it to people to complete.



It works for almost everyone....except those using netscape mail.



They complete the form, hit submit by email (I also tried submit button alone). The netscape mail client creates the email and a .xml attachment is attached. However, when they click the send button on the email, Netscape says that it can not find the attachment. Scanning the harddrive, the file is no where to be found. This is only an issue with Netscape clients.
