need some info about forms - adobe, please answer

I need to be able to create forms that have fields that are dynamic in size.  not everything fits into a nice little text box and would like to create native forms so they can be used on mobile devices as well as desktop.  What product do you have, since there is no way to call anyone for answers about this?

Only a PDF form created using Adobe LiveCycle Designer can do it.
