Unable to sign in into Adobe Experience Platform Debugger. After click sign in, it will show "Signing in" with loading cursor. After a while, the login popup closed automatically without successful login. Is there an issue with the login function ?

Recently the "Sign In" feature of the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger has stopped working. It takes me though the federated login steps,but doesn't sign me into my Adobe cloud account anymore.   

I'm logged in to AEP and Data Collection with my Adobe ID.  When I click Sign In on the Debugger (Chrome), a log in screen pops up, autocompletes, and closes.  Then I'm still not logged in.
