Preflight - submission

When you submit your app should you be recreating your app without "Pre-Flight" enabled? or with Pre-flight enabled?

Preflight is for testing only. You should submit it WITHOUT preflight enabled. And make sure that you publish all your layouts, collections, and content. Publishing content for AEM Mobile apps
