Adobe Preflight crash on Android

Hello

We are having some issue with Adobe Preflight app.

A few weeks ago, we intalled the Preflight app in 15 devices Android. Everyday, when we are trying to see a new article, the app closes with a message "Adobe Preflight has stopped".

This happes often.

We already try to factory reset some devices and reinstall the Preflight app. But the issue happens again.

We are wotking with SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4, Android 4.4, 16Gb of storage.

We appreciate any help about it.

This is happening with any content. Only in Android 4.4.

The Adobe Preflish APP work's fine in Android 6.0 and iOS.

But almost all my devices have Android 4.4.

There's a update for AEM Preflight on Google Play today. Version 2017.2. The problem still happens in this new version.

The application opens and, after the login process, the application crash.

After opening an article, the application crash.

We can't work.

I'm unable to reproduce this crash on my KitKat test device (Samsung SM-T320, 4.4.2). My attempts used a clean install of the latest AEM Preflight (version 2017.2.0).

Can you send me a private message with the crash log from one of your devices? Just let me know if you need help obtaining a crash log.
