Hello NathanThis is happening with any content. Only in Android 4.4.The Adobe Preflish APP work's fine in Android 6.0 and iOS.But almost all my devices have Android 4.4.Thanks for any help.Leo

HelloWe are having some issue with Adobe Preflight app.A few weeks ago, we intalled the Preflight app in 15 devices Android. Everyday, when we are trying to see a new article, the app closes with a message "Adobe Preflight has stopped".This happes often. We already try to factory reset some devices and reinstall the Preflight app. But the issue happens again.We are wotking with SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4, Android 4.4, 16Gb of storage.We appreciate any help about it.Thanks.Leo

Hello people.Just for update... We have no answer from ADOBE until now.The support team keeps in silence. We have a opened ticket waiting for a solution.Our customers still have the problem. Just for information, the explicit download is still disappering from my customers device. And we are able to see it in our test lab.A quick review of what's happening:a. we have logged in our application;b. we explicit download 8 collections - we confirme that the application are using almost 4Gb in device storage;c. in the day after: - when offline, we confirm that the application are using 4gb in the device storage (Android configurations); - we try to access this collections, and the applica...

HelloSome news.The Adobe supprt team jsut said that this could be a problem with our INTEGRATOR ID.They ask me for our SERVER LOGS. Actually, I don't understand how this logs can be helpful. The INTEGRATOR ID is controlled by Adobe servers, right?Well, after this ADOBE Support team contact, the problem don't happen anymore. The download failure message don't appears anymore in our test labs. We will send the SERVER LOGS for Adobe Team ina few hours.I´ll keep the community informed.Thanks.Leo

More information...With some devices, I have visited 3 different places, with different internet connections and I see the problem. The aplication don't recognize the device wi-fi connection, and returns the error messages. Just the DPS application. The device work's fine with other applications (facebook, internet navigation, etc...).OK.... Collections with 30 to 40 articles. Something about 8Mb each article.The device have 16Gb, Android 4.4. Hello Thank you guys.A fez weeks I saw the bug fix, and we release a new version of our products.Until today, everything was fine.Today I receive a customer in my office, with the same problem.6Gb of content just disappear from the device.We are using the option to save the content for offline use, allowing the collection to be saved.I´ll see the other thread. HelloThe download service for DPS2015 applications just stop, in this morning.I have two application, available in Apple Store and Google Play, and both of them returns a "download failed" message for any content.Yesterday, everything was working fine.I already check my internet connection. It's a new article made with InDesign.But this one I have solved:The InDesign file have a WebContent inside, with a small HTML programming.In the HTML, there is a image named with a special char. In Brazilian Portuguese, any accent is considered like specials chars.When the special char was removed, the new article could be uploaded and published with no problem.Thanks for your time.But I insist...
