I have a form that uses the Adobe Auto Distribute. When I open the form in Acrobat DC and try to Save As extended I get the error below...
When I click on Save & Continue it puts me in a loop to save. I have no experience with Auto Distribute and apologize if this not the correct platform to report the issue.

@ReluctantProgrammer Thanks for confirming!
This PDF seems to be part of the workflow that's why you're seeing this specific msg.
I suggest you reach out to Acrobat experts to check why this PDF is not being saved locally.

I am able to replicate the case inhouse, but i didn't get why do you want to extend the document? Please elaborate the use-case.
Distribute forms[0] feature of Acrobat allow users to send the PDF form to other users to collect responses on an internal server (network folders or SharePoint servers). This document will give you additional information on the feature.

We use the Reader Extend to extending the functionality of Adobe Reader with additional usage rights. The problem is not with Reader Extend but with the form itself which is stuck in a loop as noted in my original post. When the form is opened the window below automatically opens and then the loop begins.

Will do. Thanks for the guidance.
@ReluctantProgrammer you should bring the form to local, extended it and put it back to server.
That did it. Thank you!
