Adobe forms in AEM

Hi there folks I am trying to take pdf forms that we create in our Pro account and make them more responsive and suitable for use on the likes of smart devices and tablets, my research has lead me to AEM, but finding out information about this product, its features and the pricing has become a real challenge.

Any clues and or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
