AEM 6.5 Forms Hotfix

Hi, I can't seem to download AEM form hotfix, can someone please help. When I click download, I get AEM_6.5_Unauthenticated_RCE_in_LiveCycle. I have try multiple times and also sign in and out again.

Hi @datnguyenfiserv ,

 

The reason you are not able to download the AEM Forms hotfix and keep getting the “AEM_6.5_Unauthenticated_RCE_in_LiveCycle” file is usually because your Adobe ID does not have the correct permissions linked to an AEM license or partner account, or because the download link is redirecting to a security advisory instead of the actual hotfix package. In some cases, browser cache or session issues can also cause this behavior. To resolve it, you should first make sure your account is properly linked to your organization’s AEM license or Adobe Solution Partner Program. Next, try logging in directly to the Adobe Software Distribution portal and navigating manually to the hotfix instead of using a direct link, and also test using a different browser or incognito mode. If the problem still persists, the best step is to open a ticket with Adobe Support, as they can confirm your entitlement and provide you with the correct download access.
