Touch UI Customizations: Customize assets view and add a new toobar button that updates specific properties for the selected asset in list view

IN list view of asset browser, I want to add a new toolbar action which on clicking would update properties of the selected assets and display a dialog to user. Is there a sample on how to exactly add this action only in the assets view and not on all toolbars?
