Adobe Experience Manager Assets

while creating brochures, business card, merge, flyer ,ad, post card  there is not templates available so how to create brochures, business card, merge, flyer ,ad, post card  templates in AEM.  The template option is not visible here.

We have a requirement to see who uploaded the asset's most recent asset version on author and when ? Is there any way to show those details to business users on publish site ?
