didn't receive forgot pasward mail

Hi,

 I tried to log in to citecatalyst after about 2 years of leave but my password wasn't correct one.

I clicked "forgot password" but I didn't receive any mail. I check also in spam box but there are nothing rerlevent.

could someone help me to change password?

Hi Misaki,

We are not able to change the password for your account. However, an Administrator for you login company would be able to change the password. I recommend reaching out to your admin.
