Recurring mails in Adobe Campaign

Hi all,

I wanted to set up an automatically recurring email campaign which is e.g. sent every day. Which steps do I have to take for this in Adobe Campaign? The documentation unfortunately is not very helpful here.

Hi Klaus,

Apologies for the delayed response. 

To set up recurring email on a daily basis in Campaign, the best practice is to:

1.       Create a targeting Workflow in a Campaign

The general principle is explained here: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC6.1/en/CMP_Marketing_campaigns_Setting_up_marketing_campaigns....

2.       Insert and configure a “Recurring Delivery” activity based on the email template to use

3.       Add a Scheduler with the correct frequency

Please be aware that Technical Campaign workflow drive these processes: they must be started and run without errors.

Hi Tacia,

I'm working for a client (so not my own campaign account), but his version should be v6.1.
I've found this entry in the campaign documentation, which could not really help:

many thanks for your feedback! Yes, it seems to work now, the Scheduler was the missing part I guess.

Hi Tacia,

the recurring campaigns are working as suggested, thanks again! Now we face a different problem regarding the analysis of these recurring campaigns: You can only see the numbers for all dispatches together, not for a single dispatch (cf. attachment). Is there a solution either via the report center or via an extra workflow?
