At Adobe, we're all about more than just top-notch products—we're about building a thriving community where our customers can truly flourish. That's why we're thrilled to introduce you to our Adobe Experience League Community Q&A Coffee Break program. It's not your average event series; it's a one-of-a-kind opportunity designed to boost your skills and foster collaboration among our diverse community.
So, what exactly are Community Q&A Coffee Breaks?
Think of them as your virtual coffee chats with Adobe experts. These topic-specific discussion threads are housed right within our community platform, offering you real-time, text-only access to connect with key internal Adobe product experts. It's like having an "Ask-Me-Anything" session at your fingertips, where you can dive into discussions, ask questions, and share insights—all while enjoying your favorite beverage from the comfort of your own screen.
But that's not all.
Our program has grown and evolved over the years:
- In 2020, we laid the foundation with 9 events, setting the stage for bi-weekly engagement in the Target Community.
- By 2021, we saw an impressive 88% increase, hosting 17 events across the Target and Campaign Communities.
- And in 2022, we continued to expand, engaging with the Target, Campaign, and Analytics Communities with 22 events.
- Fast forward to 2023, and we reached new heights with 29 events spanning six diverse communities, including Target, Campaign, Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Marketo, and Workfront.
Our community continually impress us with their enthusiasm and dedication. In 2023 alone, we witnessed an extraordinary ~400% increase in visits, a remarkable ~400% rise in visitors, and an impressive ~350% surge in page views. As we love to say, "it's all in the data," and our data is showing us just how helpful these consistent touch points are to your overall mastery and value realization with Adobe products. Beyond the numbers, what truly inspires and motivates us is the invaluable feedback we receive from our community. Community users consistently rave about the unparalleled access to Adobe product experts and the convenience of catching up on discussions, even after missing the event. Speaking of evolution - in 2023, we revamped our event management system, seamlessly transitioning to Khoros Events. Now, registering, sharing, and engaging are easier than ever, thanks to our user-friendly platform.
Looking forward into 2024, we're raising the bar even higher:
- We're expanding our horizons by introducing Community Q&A Coffee Breaks for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), opening new avenues for exploration.
- Join us at Adobe Summit 2024n for the debut of Community Q&A Coffee Break LIVE Sessions, and upcoming Skill Builder events for face-to-face Coffee Break sessions, where connections turn into collaborations.
